PHH promotes local initiative and ownership, working in partnership with CIVITAS: Foundation for Civil Society, a Romanian non-governmental organization. PHH’s mission is to provide assistance for sustainable rural development and the strengthening of civil society in the Székelyföld region of Romania. We are working to protect the Unitarian homelands by creating regional interfaith alliances.

Our goals:

• To preserve family farming and protect village life
• To protect ethnic lands and provide jobs to young people
• To inspire and assist other economic partnerships across Transylvania
